We want OurPaisa Market to be easy to use for as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom or small phones.
What we do
- A Skip to content link at the top of every page.
- Visible keyboard focus on links, buttons and form fields.
- Form fields have text labels and errors are written in plain words (we have not tested every screen with assistive technology).
- Pages are built for phones first and adjust to the screen width.
- Search and choosing a location are plain forms that work without JavaScript.
- Animations are reduced if your device is set to reduce motion.
Known limits
- We have not had Market independently audited for accessibility, and we do not claim it meets any particular standard.
- Photos are described only by the title the poster gives.
- The optional phone self-check uses touch, camera, sound and motion, so it is hard to use without them.
