Report a listing, Buy Request or job
- Open the post and log in if you are not already.
- Choose Report and pick a reason: scam or suspicious, wrong or misleading information, duplicate or spam, prohibited, offensive, or other. You can add up to 1,000 characters of detail.
- Send the report. It goes to OurPaisa moderators.
You can report a post once. There is a daily limit on reports per account to prevent misuse.
What happens next
- Moderators review the report and may take the post down, leave it up, or ask the owner to change it.
- A single report never removes a post on its own. When several different people report the same post, it is flagged for moderators to look at.
- We do not tell the owner who reported them. We may not tell you what we decided.
- Moderation actions are recorded in an internal log.
We cannot promise how quickly a report will be reviewed.
Reporting a person, a chat message or a problem outside a post
Market has no Report button for individual chat messages or members yet. If someone is abusing chat, threatening you or trying to defraud you, email support@ourpaisa.com with the link to the post you were chatting about and what happened. Do not forward passwords or OTPs. If you are in danger, contact the police first.
Copyright and other rights
If a photo or text on Market copies your work, or a post infringes your rights, email support@ourpaisa.com with:
- the link to the post;
- what the work is and why you own it or are allowed to act for the owner;
- your name and contact details; and
- a statement that you are reporting in good faith.
We will look at the report and may remove the content. We may share your report with the person who posted it.
