On this page
OurPaisa Market is a place where people find each other. This page explains what that means for you. It is in addition to the Market terms and the OurPaisa Financial Disclaimer.
User-generated content
Listings, Buy Requests, job requests, photos and messages are written by users. They are their own words and claims. OurPaisa does not check them before they appear and does not guarantee that they are true, complete, lawful or up to date.
No verification or certification
- OurPaisa does not verify the identity, trustworthiness, skills, licences or background of any user.
- OurPaisa does not inspect items or verify warranties, bills, boxes, ownership, vehicle or property papers.
- The phone self-check is a set of quick tests run by the seller in their own browser. It is not an inspection, certification, test report or warranty from OurPaisa, and a browser may not be able to run every test.
- Showing a listing, featuring it, or showing an advertisement is not an endorsement.
Deals are between users
OurPaisa is not the buyer, seller, worker or customer. We do not handle money, hold payments, arrange delivery, return or refund anything, or take part in job or service work. Any dispute is between the people involved.
Safety
Meeting people and doing work in homes and workplaces carry risk. The tips on our safety pages are practical advice only and not a guarantee. Use your own judgement.
Availability
Market is provided as it is. It may be slow, unavailable or contain errors. Search results, prices and locations may be wrong or out of date.
Responsibility
To the extent applicable law allows, OurPaisa is not responsible for losses, injuries or disputes that arise from listings, chats, meetings, deals, jobs or services between users, or from advertisements or links to other sites.
Not financial advice
Nothing on Market is investment, tax or legal advice. Prices and values in listings are set by users.
