Delete things yourself
In My Market you can delete any listing, Buy Request, job or draft you posted. A deleted post is hidden at once. Thirty days later it is removed completely, along with its photos, chats, saved-item entries, reports and job responses.
You can remove an item from your saved list at any time, and turn message notifications off in My Market Settings.
Ask us to delete your account or data
Market does not yet have a button to delete your whole account. Your Market account is your OurPaisa account, so a deletion request covers both. To ask:
- Email support@ourpaisa.com from the address on your account, with the subject Privacy request.
- Say what you want: delete my account, delete my Market data, correct something, or tell me what you hold.
- We may ask you to confirm who you are first, to stop someone else deleting your account.
Do not send passwords or OTPs.
What may be kept
We may keep some information where it is needed to prevent fraud and abuse, to resolve disputes, to keep records of moderation, or to meet legal duties. Messages you sent to someone else may remain visible to them. Content that other people have already copied or saved is outside our control. This follows the OurPaisa Privacy Policy section on deletion.
Other requests
You may have rights under applicable law, such as to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to withdraw consent, to nominate another person to act for you, and to complain. Email support@ourpaisa.com with subject Privacy request. If you are unhappy with the answer, write to grievance@ourpaisa.com.
